Definitions.

52:18A-234.8 Definitions. 1. As used in P.L.2025, c.190 (C.52:18A-234.8 et seq.): �Authority� means the New Jersey Innovation Authority established pursuant to P.L.2025, c.190 (C.52:18A-234.8 et seq.). �Nonprofit entity� means a corporation organized pursuant to the �New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation Act,� N.J.S.15A:1-1 et seq., or a corporation organized pursuant to Title 16 of the Revised Statutes, with a public purpose and experience in undertaking projects to improve the performance of government entities, through development or deployment of innovative information technology solutions, for the benefit of the public.
