52:18A-211. Annual budget recommendation; requirements The annual budget recommendation shall include a schedule reflecting the actual expenditure and proposed appropriation of amounts from the Petroleum Overcharge Reimbursement Fund and shall further include a specific recommendation for appropriation of amounts from the fund for each department for which an appropriation is recommended, in the same manner and with the same information as is the case with all other recommendations for appropriations from the General Fund.
