52:18A-193. Transfers in accordance with State Agency Transfer Act The transfers directed by this act shall be made in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1984, c. 34, s. 16.
