52:18A-192. Reference to division of data processing and telecommunications to mean and refer to general services administration With respect to the functions, powers and duties transferred to the General Services Administration by this act, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Division of Data Processing and Telecommunications or the director thereof, the same shall mean and refer to the General Services Administration or the administrator thereof, as the case may be.
