Definitions

52:18A-191.2. Definitions 2. As used in this act: "Committee" means the State Leasing and Space Utilization Committee. "Office" means the Office of Leasing Operations in the General Services Administration of the Department of the Treasury. "State agency" means any department, division, office, board, commission, council, or bureau in the Executive branch of State government. L.1992,c.130,s.2.
