52:18A-19.6. State Cafeterias Revolving Account There is hereby established in the general State treasury, a State Cafeterias Revolving Account, into which shall be paid from time to time, the receipts obtained from the operation of said cafeteria or cafeterias, which sums, together with all other sums paid into said account, shall be used, to defray the cost of the establishment, maintenance and operation of said cafeteria or cafeterias, including the payment of salaries, the cost of the purchase of supplies and equipment and all other incidental expenses and also to provide for the improvement and extension of the service and facilities of said cafeteria or cafeterias.
