Division of Architecture, Construction and Maintenance in the Department of Institutions and Agencies, the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies and the director of such division transferred to Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury

52:18A-19.2. Division of Architecture, Construction and Maintenance in the Department of Institutions and Agencies, the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies and the director of such division transferred to Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury All of the functions, powers, duties, records and property of the Division of Architecture and Construction or Division of Architecture, Construction and Maintenance, by whatever name known, in the Department of Institutions and Agencies, and of the State Board of Control of Institutions and Agencies, the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies and the director of such division, relating to or concerning said division and the work thereof, are hereby transferred to and vested in the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury, and shall be exercised and used by the director of said Division of Purchase and Property under the direction and supervision of the State Treasurer and pursuant to the provisions of this act and as otherwise provided by law.
