New Jersey state employees deferred compensation plan

52:18A-164. New Jersey state employees deferred compensation plan Notwithstanding the provisions of any other statute, the board is empowered to adopt a written plan, consistent with the requirements of the United States Internal Revenue Service, under which a State employee may defer payment of a specified amount of salary until the future receipt thereof by the employee pursuant to the provisions of this act and the plan. The plan, when established, shall be called the New Jersey State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan (hereinafter called the plan). L.1978, c. 39, s. 2, eff. June 19, 1978.
