52:18A-160. Reports, certifications, etc.; filing with division Unless specifically otherwise provided in this act or by any law, whenever, pursuant to existing law, reports, certifications, applications or requests are required or permitted to be made to the division, office or other agency whose functions, powers and duties are herein assigned or transferred, such reports and certifications shall hereafter be required to be filed with, and such applications or requests shall hereafter be made to, the Division of Building and Construction.
