Bond and oath of deputy state treasurer

52:18-8. Bond and oath of deputy state treasurer The deputy state treasurer shall take and subscribe an oath of like form and character as that required to be taken by the state treasurer and shall enter into bond with two or more sureties, to be approved by the governor, in the sum of fifty thousand dollars, payable to the state, conditioned for the faithful performance of his official duties. Such bond shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state.
