Moneys collected through board of fish and game commissioners

52:18-31. Moneys collected through board of fish and game commissioners All moneys collected through the board of fish and game commissioners under any state fish and game law, shall be deposited in the state treasury as heretofore and remain there for the use and purposes of the fish and game commissioners but shall be included in the annual appropriation bill for disbursement under the supervision of the state's financial officers in the same manner as other appropriations.
