52:18-13. Accounts stated and report to legislature The state treasurer shall state in books the account of all moneys received by him for or in behalf of the state and which he shall pay pursuant to any act or resolution of the legislature, in such manner that the net produce of the whole revenue, as well as of every branch thereof, and the amount of disbursements in payment of the several demands, may distinctly appear. He shall, from time to time, lay before the legislature the same accounts and all other proceedings relative to his office.
