52:17C-15 Civil proceedings; rules, regulations. 15. a. The Attorney General may, at the request of the commission, or on his own initiative, institute civil proceedings against any appropriate party to enforce the provisions of this act. b. The Chief Technology Officer may, after consulting with the director of the office, and subject to the review of the commission, promulgate such rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
