9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System Account

52:17C-13. 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System Account There is established in the General Fund an account entitled the "9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System Account." There shall be credited to the account such moneys as may be appropriated thereto and any interest earned from the investment thereon. Funds in the 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System Account shall be expended for costs incurred in the initial installation of the Statewide enhanced 9-1-1 network according to the provisions of this act and for the costs incurred by a county for the employment of a county 9-1-1 coordinator in an amount not to exceed $25,000 per county 9-1-1 coordinator.
