Transfer of powers and duties of Superintendent

52:17B-8. Transfer of powers and duties of Superintendent The functions, powers and duties of the Superintendent of State Police in the existing Department of State Police are continued, but such functions, powers and duties are hereby transferred to and vested in the Superintendent of State Police designated as the executive and administrative head of the Division of State Police established hereunder, and shall be exercised and performed by him through such division.
