Functions, powers and duties of the Attorney General

52:17B-5.7. Functions, powers and duties of the Attorney General All of the functions, powers and duties of the Attorney General deriving from chapter 39 of the laws of 1960 as supplemented shall be exercised by him through the Office of Consumer Protection established hereunder.
