Return to public entity of money recovered in action

52:17B-5.14. Return to public entity of money recovered in action Any moneys recovered by the Attorney General pursuant to section 1 of this act shall be returned to the municipality, county or State Government from which it was taken or diverted, less the actual costs of recovery.
