Vacancies

52:17B-48. Vacancies Any vacancy occurring in the office of Superintendent of State Police, director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, director of the Division of Motor Vehicles or Superintendent of the Division of Weights and Measures shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
