52:17B-47. Appropriations transferred to Department of Law and Public Safety Except as provided in section thirty-eight hereof, all appropriations available and to become available to any department, commission, board, office or other agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Department of Law and Public Safety or to any office or agency designated, continued or constituted therein, are hereby transferred to the Department of Law and Public Safety established hereunder, and shall be available for the objects and purposes for which appropriated.
