Examinations; retention; inspection

52:17B-41.9c. Examinations; retention; inspection The board shall maintain all examinations of candidates for licensure as ophthalmic dispensers and of candidates for licensure as ophthalmic technicians on file for at least one year. Upon written request to the board by a candidate, the board shall make his examination available for inspection by the candidate. L.1979, c. 155, s. 5.
