Surplus; disposition

52:17B-40. Surplus; disposition Any surplus remaining in any year to the credit of any of the boards or agencies within the Division of Professional Boards established hereunder, after annual appropriations made as provided herein, shall be paid into and become part of the General Fund of the State.
