Advisory committee; members; expenses

52:17B-4.2. Advisory committee; members; expenses The Attorney General is further authorized to appoint an advisory committee of not more than 9 persons representing the State, municipalities, counties, the General Assembly and Senate Chairmen of the Judiciary Committees of the Legislature, the New Jersey Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Defense Attorneys Association, to consult with him and advise during the progress of such study; the members of such committee to be paid necessary expenses actually incurred in attending such meetings as shall be called by the Attorney General.
