52:17B-25. Powers and duties of State Superintendent of Weights and Measures transferred to Superintendent of Division of Weights and Measures The functions, powers and duties of the State Superintendent of Weights and Measures are continued, but such functions, powers and duties are hereby transferred to and vested in the Superintendent of the Division of Weights and Measures established hereunder and shall be exercised and performed by him through such division.
