Duties of provider relevant to knowledge of child endangerment.

52:17B-193.1 Duties of provider relevant to knowledge of child endangerment. 1. A provider of an electronic communication service, as that term is defined in section 2 of P.L.1968, c.409 (C.2A:156A-2), who, after obtaining actual knowledge of any facts or circumstances concerning endangerment of a child in violation of N.J.S.2C:24-4, and after reporting that information to the hotline established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1998, c.134 (C.52:17B-193), or any successor hotline, shall retain that information for at least 180 days from the submission of the report.
