52:17B-15. Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control constituted Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is continued, but such department is hereby transferred to and constituted the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Department of Law and Public Safety established hereunder.
