52:17B-139.21 Enforcement, prohibited sweepstakes wagering. 8. To enforce section 2 of P.L.2025, c.128 (C.52:17B-139.15), the director of the Division of Consumer Affairs, in addition to other powers conferred upon the director by this act, may issue subpoenas to any person, administer an oath or affirmation to any person, conduct hearings in aid of any investigation or inquiry, promulgate such rules and regulations, and prescribe such forms as may be necessary, which shall have the force of law.
