52:17B-139.18 Liability, civil penalty related to sweepstakes prohibition violation. 5. Any person found in violation section 2 of P.L.2025, c.128 (C.52:17B-139.15) shall, in addition to any other sanctions authorized by law or regulation, be liable to a civil penalty of not more than $100,000 for the first offense and not more than $250,000 for the second and each subsequent offense. Each day that such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. L.2025, c.128, s.5.
