52:17B-139.13 Rules, regulations. 21. The Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 1 through 20 of P.L.2019, c.59 (C.26:16-1 et seq.), including the required reporting of information to the division by health care professionals pursuant to section 13 of P.L.2019, c.59 (C.26:16-13).
