52:17B-138. Transfer of state board of barber examiners to division of consumer affairs The State Board of Barber Examiners together with its functions, powers and duties is hereby transferred to the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety. L.1972, c. 18, s. 1, eff. May 1, 1972.
