Bureau of securities; transfer of functions, powers and duties All the functions, powers, and duties of the Bureau of Securities in the Department of Law and Public Safety (C. 49:3-66 et seq.) are transferred to the Division of Consumer Affairs established hereunder. L.1971, c. 134, s. 8, eff. May 6, 1971.
