Removal of county prosecutor from office

52:17B-110. Removal of county prosecutor from office In addition to any and all methods now provided by law for the removal from office of a county prosecutor, a county prosecutor may be removed from office by the Governor for cause after a public hearing and upon due notice and an opportunity to be heard in his defense. L.1970, c. 74, s. 14, eff. May 21, 1970.
