Conference and training of fish and game wardens

52:17B-10. Conference and training of fish and game wardens The Superintendent of State Police shall, at least once in every year, and at such other times as he may deem the same necessary, call together the fish and game wardens and deputy fish and game wardens of the Division of Fish and Game in the Department of Conservation and Economic Development for a course of training in efficient law enforcement and a general conference on the ways and means of accomplishing the greatest possible efficiency in the enforcement of the fish and game laws and regulations. The schedule for conducting any such course of training and conference shall be determined by the Superintendent of State Police after consultation with the Director of said Division of Fish and Game. Fish and game wardens and deputy fish and game wardens shall attend such courses and conferences as scheduled. The Director of the Division of Fish and Game in the Department of Conservation and Economic Development shall, either in person or through a representative designated by him, assist the Superintendent of State Police in the conduct of such courses of training and conferences.
