52:17A-3. Administration of department; Attorney-General to devote entire time to duties; salary The Division of Law in the Department of Law and Public Safety shall be administered by the Attorney-General and his assistant Attorneys-General, deputy Attorneys-General and assistant deputy Attorneys-General as herein provided. The Attorney-General in office on January twentieth, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four, and every Attorney-General thereafter appointed shall devote his entire time to his duties as Attorney-General and shall not, while in office, engage in the private practice of law.
