Payment for services; prepaid deposit account

52:16A-39. Payment for services; prepaid deposit account The Secretary of State shall provide for the establishment and administration of a method of payment by any person for telephone and expedited over the counter corporate services. Such method may include prepaid deposit accounts. L.1982, c. 150, s. 5, eff. Oct. 13, 1982.
