Powers, duties and property of existing Secretary of State transferred to Department of State

52:16A-3. Powers, duties and property of existing Secretary of State transferred to Department of State The functions, powers, duties, records and property of the existing office of Secretary of State, and of the Secretary of State, are hereby transferred to and vested in the Department of State established hereunder, and shall be exercised and used by the Secretary of State pursuant to the provisions of this act and as otherwise provided by law.
