Transfer in accordance with State Agency Transfer Act

52:16A-25.2. Transfer in accordance with State Agency Transfer Act The transfer directed by this act shall be made in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c. 375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1983, c. 42, s. 4, eff. Jan. 27, 1983.
