52:14F-21 OAL rules, regulations. 18. The Office of Administrative Law may adopt those rules and regulations that it deems necessary to carry out the requirements of P.L.2004, c.89 (C.52:27D-10.2 et al.), which shall be effective upon filing. L.2004,c.89,s.18.
