52:14F-2. Transfer of functions, powers and duties of division of administrative procedure to office of administrative law All the functions, powers and duties heretofore exercised by the Division of Administrative Procedure in the Department of State pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) are transferred to and vested in the Office of Administrative Law created by this amendatory and supplementary act. L.1978, c. 67, s. 2.
