Files, books, etc.; transfer to new agency

52:14D-8. Files, books, etc.; transfer to new agency All files, books, papers, records, equipment and other property of the agency are transferred to the agency to which such transfer is made. L.1971, c. 375, s. 8, eff. Dec. 30, 1971.
