52:14-35.1. Resolutions of State House Commission and political subdivisions' governing bodies in connection with rationing authorized Whenever any Federal or State law or any rule or regulation made thereunder requires or permits the operation of a ration bank account or any administrative action in connection with any rationing program by this State, or any county, municipality, school district or other political subdivision of this State, or by any board, body, agency or commission of this State, or of any county, municipality or school district thereof, the State House Commission, in the case of the State, and the governing body in the case of such county, municipality, school district or other political subdivision, may by resolution provide for any action necessary or expedient in connection with the operation of such ration bank account or in connection with such administrative action.
