Participation in grants of federal funds; notice

52:14-34.1. Participation in grants of federal funds; notice Whenever a State agency makes application, enters into a contract or agreement or submits State plans for participation in and for grants of Federal funds under any Federal law which are not appropriated by the Legislature, the agency making such application shall at the time of such action, notify the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting, the Director of Legislative Budget and Finance, the chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee and the chairman of the Assembly Appropriations Committee on forms and in a manner prescribed by the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting.
