52:14-34. Filing and preservation of records, accounts and papers of departments All state departments, institutions, boards, commissions and officials shall file all vouchers, bills, checks, minutes and all other papers and books relating to the conduct and accounts of their respective offices in their respective offices, at least once each month, where the same shall be preserved in a safe and secure manner.
