Comptroller to decide question respecting fund

52:14-30. Comptroller to decide question respecting fund Any question arising with reference to the amount to be allowed each institution or board, the expenditure thereof, the accounting therefor, and the repayment thereof to the state treasurer, shall be finally determined by the ruling of the state comptroller.
