52:14-25.3. Court decisions, pamphlet laws, etc., excepted The requirements of sections 52:14-25.1 and 52:14-25.2 of this title are not intended to apply to the decisions of the courts, to the pamphlet laws of the state or to the proceedings of the legislature or to other publications, the distribution of which in printed form is otherwise provided for by law. Nor are the requirements of said sections intended to apply to official opinions of the attorney general or to reports made as a part of the routine proceedings or official actions of any state officer, department, board or commission.
