52:14-20. Editing and printing of official reports; duties of state librarian; approval of governor The state librarian, subject to the approval of the governor, shall critically examine, edit and prepare appropriate indexes of all official reports presented by any official, institution, board, commission or department of the state, and determine what parts, if any, and the number of copies of such reports which shall be printed. No official report shall be printed unless so examined and edited by the state librarian and approved by the governor. This section shall not apply to any report of any legislative committee or commission.
