52:14-17.44. Payment of administrative expenses Each participating employer and the State shall be required to pay its proportionate share of the expenses of administration of the program in such amounts and at such times as determined and fixed by the commission. All amounts payable by the participating employers for such expenses of administration shall be forwarded to the State treasury and shall be applied for such purposes, in order to reimburse the State for the cost of administration of the program.
