Employees on approved paid leave on day state offices officially closed; denial of compensatory time off

52:14-17.13a. Employees on approved paid leave on day state offices officially closed; denial of compensatory time off No employee of this State, or of any State agency or instrumentality, who is on approved vacation leave with pay on any day on which the department, division, agency or other office within which he is employed is officially closed due to inclement weather, hazardous transportation conditions, a declaration of public mourning, or for any other reason, shall be eligible to receive compensatory time off granted in connection with such official closing in the form of any type of leave of absence with pay.
