Officials and employees deemed to consent to deductions from pay required by Federal or State statutes

52:14-15.4. Officials and employees deemed to consent to deductions from pay required by Federal or State statutes Every person holding office, position or employment under this State or any county, municipality or school district thereof, or any board, body, agency or commission of this State, or of any county, municipality or school district thereof shall, in the case of deductions required by any Federal or State statute, be deemed to consent and agree to such deductions from his compensation, notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation affecting the salary, pay, compensation, other perquisites or tenure of such person, and notwithstanding that the minimum salary, pay, compensation or other perquisite provided by law for him shall be reduced thereby, payment, less such deductions, shall be a full and complete discharge and acquittance of all claims and demands for service rendered by him during the period covered by such payment.
