Representation of state agency in transaction involving pecuniary interest for legislator or state officer or employee

52:13D-20. Representation of state agency in transaction involving pecuniary interest for legislator or state officer or employee No member of the Legislature or State officer or employee or special State officer or employee shall act as officer or agent for a State agency for the transaction of any business with himself or with a corporation, company, association or firm in the pecuniary profits of which he has an interest (except that ownership or control of 10% or less of the stock of a corporation shall not be deemed an interest within the meaning of this section).
