52:13C-21.1 Employment of unregistered governmental affairs agent. 1. Any person who knowingly employs another person to serve as a governmental affairs agent who is not registered as required by section 4 of the act of which this act is a supplement, except upon the condition that such person register as a governmental affairs agent as provided by law or who continues to employ any such person who has not registered within the time required by law, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
